A quick and surprise visit to Dad and Mom on\u00a0Labor Day.
\nWe stopped in a rest area on our way to Virginia and as we were leaving saw a little kitty cat, the light was perfect. After taking this one I saw his siblings underneath the water sewer edge. Another one like him and a black one but by then a woman who saw me taking photos came by screaming with her children and the kitties were gone \ud83d\ude41

\nI have been thinking a lot about Felix. Sometimes we still miss him. I was happy because he came and slept with us like in old times. I had cat on one side of the bed and husband on the other.
\nFelix snores loudly these days (he was 1-2 years old when he lived with us, now he is 10). Ali told me that Felix was about the size of the kitty in the picture above when he found him.

\nI don’t know why he was so tired…………he snored all night!! A cat’s life.

\nI like the photo below. I edited it a little bit differently for a soft and dreamy look. I think I’m going to have to bite one of those cheeks before he grows up.

\nI love this portrait taken through a glass door. I know parents like the cute smiley kids but to me it is more important and challenging to capture their personality. In 40 or 50 years anybody who sees this photo will be able to recognize her. I see a little bit of Mom’s eyebrow expression there………time will tell.
