We went to Spain in early May. Our flight left around 3PM. It was a full flight. I was hoping we would sleep a little but we couldn’t. We arrived in Madrid before 6AM of the next day (midnight in our time).
We had to leave our luggage at the train station because our Airbnb was available until 2PM. We went to Santa Ana, there weren’t many people around that early in the morning.
I remember I could barely walk. I was tired, hungry and Sabrina´s backpack on my back with 3 lenses felt sooooo heavy. It was around 4 AM in our time zone.
It started to drizzle. We stopped by Mercado de San Miguel for a little while. It was almost empty (this place it’s packed on weekends).
When we visit places we have already been several times before I don’t carry Sabrina everyday. Less likely if I know we are going to have a couple of drinks 😉 Or also if it’s raining.
