We spent 2 nights in Chiang Mai so we had to see as much as we could in a short period of time. As in any other city we visited during this trip, we were like birds just stopping by to take a peak and fly again.
We went to explore the center of Chiang Mai. We were outside of our hotel waiting for a tuk tuk and a very nice lady who was leaving looked at us and asked: Are you waiting for a taxi? Where are you going? We told her we wanted to go to the center and she said: I’m going that way!! come with me. Chatting with her we got to know that she taught cooking classes. A Thai cooking class in Thailand was something I have had in my mind for at least 10 years!! Later that day we booked a class with her for the next morning 🙂

The most delicious coconut smoothie I have had. I was very thirsty but it was really good!
